Richie's Punch	Vodka Red Bull Jelly	Vodka Melon

Richie's Punch

• 1 new plastic bucket
• 1 ladle
• 25 plastic cups
  
  
• 1/2 bottle dark rum
• 1/2 bottle vodka
• 1 bottle champagne
• 2 litres fresh orange juice
• 1 litre cranberry juice
• 1 litre passion fruit juice
  
  
• Apples
• oranges
• melon

• Chop into pieces the apples, oranges and melon and place them into the clean plastic bucket.
• Pour over these the orange, cranberry and passion fruit juice.
• Add to this the rum, vodka and champagne.
• Mix thoroughly with the ladle, and scoop into plastic cups to serve.

Vodka and Red bull Jelly

• kettle
• measuring jug
• refridgerator
• jelly mold(s)
  
  
• one packet of Robertsons jelly
• 1/4 of a pint of red bull ~ 1/2 a can
• 1/4 of a pint of vodka

• Finely cut up the pieces of jelly into a measuring jug.
• Fill up to the 1/2 pint mark with boiling water.
• Stir the contents of the jug until all of the jelly has dissolved.
• Top up to the 3/4 pint mark with red bull.
• Top up to the 1 pint mark with vodka.
• Mix the contents together, then pour into mold(s).
• Refrigerate until set then serve.

Vodka Melon

• funnel
• potato peeler
  
  
• Whole watermelon
• Vodka

• Use the potato peeler to make a hole about a circle in diameter and about two inches deep, in the top of the watermelon.
• Place the sharp end of the funnel into the hole as far down as it will go.
• Fill the funnel about 3/4 full with vodka.
• Once the vodka has run into the water melon refil the funnel.
• Repeat until the melon is saturated and no more vodka is absorbed.
• Slice the melon and serve.
